I am an assistant professor of finance at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. My research interests span various topics in real estate finance, mortgage markets, and financial technology. My publications so far have explored the risk within portfolios of real estate assets, including both residential mortgages and commercial real estate, as well as adjacent topics, such as flood insurance and spatial statistics.
